Manuela Bárcenas
Manuela Bárcenas is the Head of Marketing at Fellow.ai, where she helped grow the company from an early-stage startup to a thriving scale-up. She is also passionate about community-building and volunteers with organizations like SaaS North and Somos Latinx in Tech to support Latin American professionals in Canada.

​Antony Diaz
Antony Diaz is a Colombian-Canadian tech entrepreneur, Microsoft MVP in AI Ethics, and co-founder of AskAïa, where he develops solutions to manage and grow international workforces with real-time compliance. His mission is to leverage technology to bridge communities and empower people globally.

​Maria Isabel Fernandez
Maria Isabel Fernandez is a Colombian-Canadian finance and technology professional with international experience across the Americas and Europe. She co-founded ALPFA’s Montréal Chapter and now serves as Women of ALPFA Director, supporting and empowering the Latinx community.

​Andres Morales
Andres Morales is a Colombian-Canadian senior project manager with over a decade of experience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives in fintech and technology. He is also dedicated to community impact, mentoring through groups like Technovation and Hispanotech, and supporting Latinx professionals in tech.

​Andrea Lugo
Andrea Lugo is an HR Lead and career coach who has advanced rapidly in global organizations while helping over 100 Latinx professionals land jobs aligned with their potential. She is also an active voice in Montreal’s Latin community, championing initiatives that celebrate identity, visibility, and pride.

​Luisa Rodriguez
Luisa Rodriguez is a Colombian compensation and career strategist specializing in organizational behaviour, recruitment, and total rewards. She helps professionals and HR teams navigate career and pay decisions with clarity, equity, and transparency.

​Alexandra Nuñez
With over 20 years in the financial sector, Alexandra Nuñez now helps immigrant and mission-driven professionals lead with emotional intelligence to build trust and influence without burnout. More than 10,000 professionals follow her work on LinkedIn, where she shares practical tools for growth and modern leadership.

​Michell Payano
Michell Payano is an Economist from the Dominican Republic with dual Master’s degrees in Data Analytics and Computer Science, specializing in machine learning. Her work spans policymaking, computer vision, and reinforcement learning, and she is passionate about education, mentoring girls in tech through Technovation Montréal.

​Angie Ariza
Angie Ariza is the AI Tech Lead at Plus Company, where she specializes in scaling AI systems from research to production across domains like fraud detection, forecasting, and generative AI. As a Women Techmakers Ambassador, she also champions the visibility and inclusion of women in technology.
